Introduction

The West Midlands Ski Association (WMSA) represents ski clubs in the West Midlands region and is funded by Snowsport England. Snowsport England are the national governing body for skiing in England and is in turn funded by the Sport England, the govering body for all sport in England

Our region covers Birmingham, the West Midlands, Shropshire, Staffordshire, Warwickshire, Herefordshire & Worcestershire. It promotes the development of skiing within clubs and schools, as well as for individuals, through various events and training.

Clubs in the region that you can join are:

• Midland Ski Club mainly based at Ackers Trust (Birmingham)
• Stoke Ski Club based at Stoke Ski Centre, Festival Park (Staffordshire)
• Telford Ski Club based at Telford Ski Centre (Shropshire)
• North Staffs Ski Club based at Kidsgrove (Staffordshire)
• West Midlands Special Olympics mainly based at Ackers Ski Centre (Birmingham)
